Ashley Fletcher Wellness coaching sessions are designed to support the whole woman—body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're preparing for pregnancy, currently expecting, navigating postpartum, or simply seeking greater balance in your daily life, each coaching session is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Areas of focus may include mindful nutrition, fitness routines that honor your energy, stress and anxiety management, healthy boundaries in relationships, and tools for deeper rest and restored energy. All programs begin with a complimentary consultation to explore the right path forward for you.
Following your consultation, you'll have the option to invest in a three- or six-month coaching program tailored to your needs. Sessions are held every other week for 50 minutes and are available virtually or in person, offering flexible support that fits your lifestyle. Each session provides consistent accountability as we explore your goals, navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and create space for meaningful, lasting change.
